<strong>Schedule<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Monday through Sunday (choose a consistent schedule) </li>
<li>
<strong>Shift Options:</strong><ul>
<li> 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM </li>
<li>
<em>or</em> 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM </li>
</ul>

<strong>About the Client<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Diagnosed with COPD and emphysema </li>
<li> Right hip replacement; left hip replacement anticipated </li>
<li> Requires <strong>1-person assist for transfers</strong>
</li>
<li> Uses a <strong>wheelchair and scooter</strong>
</li>
<li> Lives with a <strong>small, friendly dog</strong>
</li>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist with <strong>personal care</strong> (bathing, hygiene, grooming) </li>
<li> Support with <strong>Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)</strong>
</li>
<li> Prepare meals based on dietary needs </li>
<li> Run errands (grocery shopping, prescription pickups) </li>
<li> Provide <strong>safe mobility assistance</strong> and companionship </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Minimum <strong>1 year of home care, HHA, or caregiving experience</strong>
</li>
<li> Experience with <strong>personal care and mobility assistance preferred</strong>
</li>
<li> Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation </li>
<li> Ability to pass <strong>background check and drug screening</strong>
</li>
<li> Dependable, professional, and able to work independently </li>
<li> Strong communication and time management skills </li>
<li> Comfortable working in a home with a dog </li>
