<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Provide personal care services tailored to each client’s needs </li>
<li> Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming </li>
<li> Perform ostomy care and bag cleaning per care plan and training </li>
<li> Provide supportive care and engagement for an adolescent with autism </li>
<li> Provide compassionate care for geriatric clients as needed </li>
<li> Assist with: <ul>
<li> Meal preparation and feeding </li>
<li> Light housekeeping and linen changes </li>
<li> Transportation to appointments and errands </li>
<li> Outdoor activities and shopping </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan </li>
<li> Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience </li>
<li><strong>Experience working with adolescents with autism and geriatric clients preferred (or willingness to learn)</strong></li>
<li> Experience with or willingness to be trained in ostomy care </li>
<li> High school diploma or GED </li>
<li> Current CPR certification </li>
<li> Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray) </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance </li>
<li> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.) </li>
