Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician supports the overall condition and operation of the hotel. This role includes a mix of preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and guest support, helping ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical fixtures, painting, minor HVAC support)
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
- Troubleshoot issues in guest rooms and public areas
- Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Schedule Requirements
- Typical shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend and Holiday availability required
- Occasional after-hours support
