About the role
Bright is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our social media efforts, assisting with content creation, community management, and analytics tracking across various platforms. If you have a passion for social media, strong creative skills, and a desire to grow in a collaborative environment, we'd love to have you on our team to help us make meaningful connections with our audience.
Some of what you will do:
* Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
* Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including posts, stories, graphics, and videos, that resonate with our target audience and align with brand identity.
* Schedule and publish social media content across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual aesthetics.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with the management of influencer partnerships and collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.
* Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on data and trends.
* Assist with the development of social media reports and presentations, summarizing key findings and highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
* Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
What will help you be successful:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging and compelling content.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
