<strong>Job Summary</strong><br>A New York State licensed childcare center is seeking a full-time Lead <strong>Preschool Teacher </strong>to start as soon as possible. You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs. Our center operates Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM, and the position requires availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM each day. </div><div><br></div><div>You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Follow a comprehensive curriculum</li>
<li>Assist children with developing social and emotional skills</li>
<li>Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques</li>
<li>Communicate with parents and other school personnel</li>
<li>Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines</li>
<li>Problem-solving and mediation skills</li>
