Software Developer

This is a full-time position that is responsible for software development on our suite of products and services. Tasks will include full stack work in a variety of languages and platforms. This position will be on the Software Development Team, but will work closely with subject matter experts across the company through collaborative, cross-functional development of solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of solutions and requirements
• Produce specification and determine operational feasibility
• Produce well designed, testable code
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Execute full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Comply with company policies regarding security, artificial intelligence, etc.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in software engineering tools
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, needs, and deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Strong collaborative skills, with a history of working effectively in team environments.
• US residency required; no visa support needed.
• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
