JOB SUMMARY: As a Business Analyst at Bridgehorn, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights. You will analyze complex datasets, craft compelling reports, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives that align with overarching business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. - Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. - Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and solutions to business problems. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of data collected and stored within databases. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, business administration or a related field from tier-1 or tier-2 colleges - 1-4 years of experience in a business analysis or data analytics role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Exposure to statistical analysis and data modelling. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
