Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur. The Bridal Experience Manager will oversee the end-to-end customer journey for bridal clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience. Responsibilities include coordinating consultations, managing appointments, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored recommendations. The role also involves assisting in project management for bridal collections, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer delight.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to deliver personalized and high-quality experiences for bridal clients.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Analytical Skills to manage customer feedback and tailor solutions to meet unique needs effectively.
- Project Management skills to oversee workflows, schedules, and the delivery of bridal services seamlessly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prior experience in the retail or bridal industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, fashion, or a related field is preferred.
