We’re looking for a high-impact, people-first Director of Training who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing others, and is passionate about building scalable training systems that support growth.


This role is critical to ensuring all team members receive world-class training, all hourly certifications and learning requirements remain up to date, and every stand operates with consistency, confidence, and unmistakable Brewtopia energy.


YOUR MISSION


As the Director of Training, you are responsible for leading all training and development initiatives across Brewtopia stands within your assigned market. You will partner closely with Operations leadership to create, implement, and continuously improve training programs that support operational consistency, leadership development, and team growth.


You will lead the identification, development, and accountability of in-store trainers.


Requirements

What You’ll Do


Lead Training & Development Programs

  • Develop, implement, and oversee all hourly and leadership training programs across your assigned market
  • Ensure all hourly team member training is completed, current, documented, and compliant with company standards
  • Partner with the VP of Operations to create new training materials, certifications, SOPs, and development initiatives as needed
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and improve systems, tools, and processes
  • Build onboarding pathways, retraining programs, and leadership development initiatives
  • Develop and monitor market training KPIs to ensure consistency, retention, operational readiness, and leadership development goals are achieved

Identify & Develop In-Store Trainers

  • Identify high-performing team members to become certified in-store trainers
  • Develop trainer expectations, accountability systems, and coaching standards
  • Conduct trainer evaluations and provide ongoing support and development
  • Ensure training consistency and operational alignment across all stands

Support Operational Excellence

  • Conduct regular stand visits to assess training quality, operational consistency, and team performance
  • Coach Stand Leaders and Shift Leads on training execution, team development, and operational standards
  • Reinforce Brewtopia standards related to beverage quality, guest experience, cleanliness, and speed-of-service
  • Identify operational training gaps and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Partner with District Managers and Operations leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and stand performance expectations

Ensure Training Compliance & Accountability

  • Maintain accurate records for all training completion, certifications, and onboarding requirements
  • Monitor training completion rates, certification compliance, and operational performance metrics to ensure training effectiveness and consistency across all stands
  • Ensure all required programs, certifications, and onboarding processes remain current and consistently executed across all locations

Build Culture & Develop Leaders

  • Build Culture & Develop LeadersModel Brewtopia’s tone, energy, and standards in every interaction
  • Deliver real-time coaching, recognition, and feedback that builds confidence and capability
  • Support leadership growth and internal development opportunities across the market
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and accountability-driven training culture

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, training, or leadership within QSR, hospitality, retail, or beverage environments
  • Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and people development
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Operationally sharp with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled at building relationships and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience creating and implementing scalable training systems and operational procedures
  • Willing and able to travel up to 75% throughout assigned markets, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Previous 7 Brew or Brewtopia experience is a huge plus
