Hiring: Brew Master – Coffee, Ice Cream & Next-Gen Beverages
Location: Colaba, Mumbai
Experience: 3–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Looking for a creative and hands-on Brew Master with strong expertise in coffee, ice cream and beverage development, along with exposure to desserts and café food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop coffee, ice cream, shakes, frappés, cold coffees, floats and fusion beverages.
- Experiment with flavours, toppings, sauces and presentation.
- Conduct market visits, competitor benchmarking and beverage trend research.
- Strong knowledge of espresso, brewing, extraction, milk texturing and flavour balancing.
- Handle ice cream portioning, presentation and beverage applications.
- Support desserts and café food development.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations and outlet testing.
- Standardize recipes, portion sizes, SOPs and training guides.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–4 years in Beverage R&D, QSR, café operations or culinary product development.
- Strong coffee/brewing fundamentals and commercial product development mindset.
- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Hotel Management or Food Technology preferred.
- Barista/Brew Master certification is a plus.
