As a Receptionist, you will have an essential role in supporting our attorneys and clients and contributing to our firm’s continued success.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, check voicemail, take messages, and transfer calls
- Receive, track, and organize incoming firm mail and packages
- Send faxes and emails both internally and externally
- Maintain conference room calendar and ensure preparation for meetings
- Greet clients and vendors in a professional manner and direct accordingly
- Multi-task assignments efficiently and in a timely manner
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
