Senior Manager, Data Management

The Senior Manager, Data Management will own and drive the data management strategy and capabilities for the business. This individual will lead a team responsible for data governance, data architecture, data quality, and master data management. The Senior Manager will work closely with business and technology partners to ensure the enterprise data strategy is aligned to the broader business objectives and technology roadmap. Key responsibilities include: - Define and drive the data management strategy, roadmap, and operating model to enable secure, reliable, and scalable data capabilities across the enterprise - Establish and govern data management policies, standards, and processes to ensure data quality, data lineage, and data security - Oversee the design and implementation of the enterprise data architecture, including data integration, data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts - Lead a team of data management professionals to deliver high-quality data services and self-service analytics capabilities - Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and prioritize data-driven use cases and ensure the supporting data and analytics capabilities are in place - Drive a data-driven mindset and build data literacy across the organization - Demonstrate thought leadership in data management and evangelize best practices Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in data management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide data initiatives - Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, data integration, and data governance concepts and tools - Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing, and secure data platforms and solutions - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data management professionals - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business impact - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
