Job Title: Braze Solutions
Role: Developer
- Lead the design and delivery of Braze-powered customer engagement solutions, working with cutting-edge, for telco clients, focusing on multi-channel campaigns (SMS, push, email) and seamless integration with enterprise systems (CRM, CDPs). Ensure data-driven personalization, compliance, and scalable workflows in a fast-paced telecom environment.
- 5+ years in martech with Optimizely CMS expertise (versions 11/12) and telco/digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM integrations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), APIs, and scripting (C#, JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of telecom compliance standards and enterprise integration patterns (e.g., data virtualization, ETL).
- Strategic thinker with experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and stakeholder management.
