Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Email Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns with a strong focus on accuracy, deliverability, compliance, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, campaign deployment, QA validation, and reporting within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns including campaign setup, scheduling, deployment, and monitoring
- Build, configure, and manage email workflows, customer journeys, and triggered campaigns
- Perform comprehensive email QA validation for content, links, images, personalization, rendering, and tracking before launch
- Manage audience segmentation, data hygiene activities, and list uploads
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, data privacy regulations, and opt-in/opt-out standards
- Coordinate with marketing, content, design, and CRM teams to ensure campaign readiness and timely execution
- Monitor email deliverability, inbox placement, bounce management, and suppression lists
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and bounce rates
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and templates to optimize campaign performance
- Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Maintain documentation for SOPs, campaign execution processes, and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze and Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS)
- Expertise in email marketing operations and campaign execution
- Experience with customer journey orchestration and triggered communications
- Knowledge of email compliance standards and deliverability best practices
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign analytics
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization
- Excellent coordination, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
