Configures, updates, and customizes clinical modules using information services and change management best practices. |
Assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining education programs for staff pertaining to the EMR and related systems; identifies areas predisposed to problems and provides coaching and training materials to increase knowledge and skills. |
Coordinates and provides support for developing training materials pertaining to clinical systems with Application Support Specialist(s). |
Provides administrative support to the Manager of Health Informatics. |
