Call Center Vacation Specialist

Description We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Vacation Specialist! If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and skilled in sales, this opportunity is tailored for you. As part of our team, you will focus on engaging with customers, offering them discounted tickets and packages to captivating shows and attractions in the Branson, MO area. Job Duties • Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages. • Persuade customers to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the company’s resort. • Verify customers’ qualifications for receiving selected vacation packages and upselling to include additional tickets to enhance their vacation experience. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each call. • Track and report daily sales and confirmed packages. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired but not a requirement.
