· Schedule the assignment of jobs and work areas in the service dept.
· Assist in appraisal of repair orders, coach technicians on repairs
· Review repair orders for accuracy & completeness
· Direct & assist in the diagnosis of machine problems
· Maintain special tools. Recommend new tooling as required
· Communicate, enforce, and monitor dept. processes to ensure customer satisfaction
· Approve the release of customer equipment
· Assist with the development and training of personnel
· Complete performance reviews
· Assist in the tracking and scheduling of Product Improvement Programs
· Participate in JDU continuing education
· Operate and maintain tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities
· Follow & promote all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
· Maintains current knowledge of JD & competitive equipment
