Lead, support, and drive aftermarket activities in designated areas and locations: revenue, growth, and efficiencies
· Maintain facility appearance for assigned dealership locations including Valley City, Ashley and LaMoure.
· Security and Safety items monitored and completed for assigned dealership locations
· Evaluate the performance of staff, coach, and support their skill development and career planning activities
· Ensure appropriate aftermarket staffing and recruiting to meet business objectives
· Retain and monitor fleet management of assigned dealership locations
· Onboard new personnel and assist in continual education for all reporting personnel
· Verify administrative tasks are completed on time and efficiently through assigned locations
