About the Role As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our platform. Your job is to ensure every client has a smooth, positive experience with Rewardian — from onboarding to everyday support. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with clients and understand their goals Assist with onboarding new clients to the Rewardian platform Provide timely support and troubleshooting via email, chat, or calls Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently Monitor account usage and ensure clients are maximizing the platform Share client feedback to help improve our services and features What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities A people-first mindset and customer-centric attitude Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience with SaaS products or CRM tools is a plus (but not required) Why Join Us?
