Akaththi STEP Internship Program – Brand & Social Media (Market Penetration Track)

The Akaththi STEP Internship Program (Brand & Social Media) is for students who want to work on real market penetration inside Chennai — not hypothetical campaigns.
This is not a sandbox. This is not a college assignment. What you build here will directly shape how Akaththi Farms is seen, discovered, and remembered.
We are building Chennai’s premium exotic mushroom brand from scratch.
You’ll help tell that story.
What you’ll actually work on
- Build and manage Instagram, Threads, Facebook & X presence
- Create reels and short-form video content (real farm, real process)
- Develop brand voice and storytelling consistency
- Plan and execute a content calendar
- Work on website content alignment
- Support go-to-market execution in Chennai
- Translate cultivation into compelling narratives
This is brand building for the real world — not filtered aesthetic experiments.
What you’re expected to already know
This program assumes you come in with:
- Strong interest in content creation & storytelling
- Basic understanding of how Instagram works (reach, engagement, hooks)
- Comfort using tools like Canva / CapCut / simple editing tools
- Ability to think independently and execute without constant supervision
You don’t need to be an expert.
But you do need to take the craft seriously.

🗓 Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday ❌ Sunday & Monday Off
🏢 In-Office Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 🏠 Remote: Tuesday & Wednesday
⏰ Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⏳ Duration: 1 Month
💰 Unpaid (learning-first; the value is exposure and real execution)
