Kefilo is not being built as a conventional food delivery company, cloud kitchen, or healthy meal brand.
We are building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, lifestyle redesign, accountability systems, mental wellness, and sustainable human performance.
Our vision is to create scalable systems that help people improve their health, energy, productivity, lifestyle habits, and long-term wellbeing through a combination of nutrition, wellness systems, behavioral change, and human accountability.
Food is only one component of a much larger transformation ecosystem.
We are currently in the building phase and are looking for individuals who are willing to take calculated risks, build from the ground up, and become long-term stakeholders in the company.
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional operations job.
This is for someone who wants to help build a company from scratch and eventually become part of the leadership team.
We are looking for an execution-focused operator who understands how to turn ideas into reality.
Someone who is comfortable with uncertainty.
Someone who is willing to get things done on the ground.
Someone who believes that ownership creates more value than short-term salary.
If your primary motivation is a fixed paycheck, this role is probably not for you.

What We Need
We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in operations, business execution, vendor management, branding support, process building, and on-ground implementation.
You should be capable of handling ambiguity, solving problems independently, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving execution without waiting for instructions every day.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Operational Execution
Build and manage day-to-day operational systems across food production, procurement, logistics, vendor management, customer experience, and internal workflows.
- Ground-Level Business Building
Work directly with the founder to execute pilots, launch new initiatives, solve operational challenges, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth execution across all business activities.
Support branding, customer acquisition, partnerships, events, activations, and community-building initiatives by ensuring flawless operational execution.
- Systems & Process Development
Create scalable SOPs, operational frameworks, reporting systems, accountability mechanisms, and execution structures that prepare Kefilo for growth.
Take ownership of business outcomes rather than tasks. Operate like a future business leader and contribute to strategic decision-making as the company evolves.
Initial Engagement StructureMonth 1 – Evaluation Phase
Candidates selected for the role will be required to relocate to Bhubaneswar for approximately one month.
During This Period
- Work directly with the founder and core team
- Understand company vision, culture, and operating style
- Participate in on-ground execution and pilot activities
- Evaluate whether this journey aligns with your personal and professional goals
Candidates may arrange their own accommodation (PG/shared stay).
To support this phase, Kefilo will provide meals from our kitchen facility located near Patia, Bhubaneswar.
The purpose of this month is mutual evaluation.

Post Evaluation
If Both Sides Decide To Continue
- Formal cohort agreement will be initiated
- Monthly compensation of ₹20,000 will begin
- Equity discussions and ownership pathway will be formalized
- Long-term growth roadmap will be shared
- Expanded leadership responsibilities will be assigned
As revenue grows and operational milestones are achieved, compensation may progressively increase beyond the initial amount.
The initial compensation should be viewed as a survival stipend rather than market salary.
The real upside of this role lies in ownership, equity participation, leadership growth, and long-term value creation.
