About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Branding Manager to join our team at Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt Ltd. This is a versatile role designed for growth-minded professionals. Whether you have 1+ year of strong execution experience or 4–5+ years of senior strategic leadership, we are looking for someone obsessed with organic reach, brand storytelling, and decoding digital algorithms.
Note: Final designation, responsibilities, and compensation will be aligned based on your years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Organic Growth: Design, optimise, and execute high-impact strategies to scale brand visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other major platforms without relying heavily on paid ad spend.
- Brand Positioning & Identity: Maintain, evolve, and protect the brand’s unique voice across all digital and creative touchpoints.
- Content Strategy & Oversight: Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure all assets are highly engaging and mathematically optimised for platform algorithms.
- Audience Cultivation: Oversee community engagement strategies to build a deeply loyal, organic following.
- For Senior Candidates (4-5+ Years): Take full ownership of the brand roadmap, lead cross-functional creative teams, and analyse macro-level audience data to pivot long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Open to candidates with 1 to 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Organic Growth. Mid-to-senior-level applicants must show a proven track record of scaling brand accounts.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Skills Required: Deep, practical mastery of social media algorithms and organic growth hacking.
- Strong creative writing, exceptional communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
