Role Overview
We are looking for a
Branding & Marketing Officer who can
build and scale the perception of Kefilo across users, partners, and investors.
This is a
0→1 brand-building role, where you will define:

Key Responsibilities 1. Ecosystem-Level Brand Positioning - Define Kefilo as:
- A food + nutrition infrastructure company, not just a meal provider
- Build clear narratives across:
- Innovation
- Systems
- Scalability
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Into
- Multi-Segment Marketing Strategy
- Design separate strategies for:
- Consumers (B2C) → trust, daily usage
- Partners (B2B) → gyms, corporates, home cooks, suppliers
- Investors → vision, scalability, moat
- Align messaging across segments
- On-Ground Growth & Activation
- Drive visibility and traction for:
- Kiosks / stalls
- Pilot deployments
- Execute:
- Local campaigns
- Guerrilla marketing
- Community engagement
- Convert on-ground execution into high-impact growth loops
- Digital Content & Growth Engine
- Build and scale:
- Social media presence
- Content-driven growth
- Create content around:
- Products & systems
- Team & execution
- Real user experiences
- Focus on trust, relatability, and retention
- Innovation-Led Storytelling
- Translate complex systems like:
- Nutrition engines
- Smart kiosks

Requirements - 1–5 years experience in branding / marketing / growth roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Brand positioning
- On-ground + digital marketing
- Ability to:
- Simplify complex ideas into clear messaging
- Execute fast and iterate
- Comfortable working in:
Bonus (Good to Have) - Experience in:
- Startup marketing / early-stage growth
- Food, D2C, or ecosystem businesses
- Exposure to:
- B2B + B2C marketing
