Job Description: Branding & Marketing Expert (Equity-Based) – Kefilo Role Overview
We are looking for a
Branding & Marketing Expert who can lead
end-to-end brand building and growth for Kefilo. This is a
high-ownership, strategic + execution role where you will define how Kefilo is
positioned, perceived, and scaled across markets.
This is not just about campaigns — you will be responsible for building a
category-defining health transformation brand, driving both
trust and conversions at scale.
Equity Structure (Important)
- This is a pure equity-based role (no fixed compensation initially)
- 3–4 rounds of discussions → 1-month NDA-based working cohort → Core team/cofounder agreement
- Equity finalized post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
- 5-year vesting structure
- Fixed compensation begins post funding
- You will be part of a core 25+ member equity team being built
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning (Core Focus)
- Define and own Kefilo’s brand positioning as a health transformation system
- Build a strong brand narrative focused on outcomes, trust, and differentiation
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (digital, offline, partnerships)
- End-to-End Marketing Strategy
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across channels
- Align branding with growth, product launches, and expansion plans
- Build systems for scalable and repeatable marketing execution
- Content, Storytelling & Authority Building
- Lead content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Build high-impact storytelling around real problems, transformations, and outcomes
- Position Kefilo as a trusted authority in health and nutrition space
- Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Build structured funnels for acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Optimize CAC, LTV, and overall marketing performance
- Go-To-Market & Campaign Execution
- Lead marketing for new programs, offerings, and city launches
- Design high-impact go-to-market strategies
- Run experiments and scale successful campaigns
- Partnerships & Distribution Marketing
- Build marketing strategies around B2B partnerships (doctors, gyms, corporates, institutions)
- Work with influencers, affiliates, and local networks for scalable distribution
- Support franchise and expansion teams with city-level marketing strategies
- Retention, Community & Engagement
- Build systems for user engagement, retention, and community building
- Drive referrals, word-of-mouth, and organic growth loops
- Ensure long-term customer lifetime value and loyalty
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Use insights to refine strategy, messaging, and campaigns
- Continuously improve efficiency and ROI
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, nutrition, operations, and business teams
- Align marketing with actual product experience and delivery
- Ensure seamless execution across functions
Who Should Apply
- Experience in branding, marketing, or growth roles (startup experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of brand building + performance marketing balance
- Experience in D2C, food, health, or consumer brands is a plus
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
- Strong storytelling, communication, and analytical skills
