Branding & Marketing Executive – Kefilo | Bhubaneswar
Kefilo is a fast-growing wellness startup focused on solving real health problems through structured meal solutions, smart systems, and personalized health programs. We are building a strong brand through on-ground presence, content, and real customer impact.
Role Type: Full-time
Location: Bhubaneswar (Office + Field)
Work Days: 6 days/week
Compensation:
₹20,000/month + food provided (worth ₹10,000/month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot content and guide editor to create aesthetic, high-performing reels
- Plan, schedule, and execute events (colleges, corporates, gyms)
- Create social media & ad creatives using Canva
- Handle leads and drive conversions
- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Prior internships/experience in marketing or branding
- Basic understanding of digital + offline marketing
- Strong execution mindset and willingness to be on-ground
- Good communication and coordination skills
