We’re not looking for a “normal designer.”
We’re looking for someone who can build kickass visuals at startup speed.
If you can:
• Design high-converting landing pages
• Create bold hackathon & event creatives
• Build clean dashboards & mobile-first UI
• Execute fast without hand-holding
• Think in brand systems, not just posts
You’ll work directly with founders and ship designs seen by global partners.
🎯 What matters:
• Strong visual hierarchy & typography sense
• Modern, premium design taste (not template-based)
• Speed + ownership
• AI-driven design workflows (Figma AI, Gen tools etc.)
• Portfolio that makes us say “damn, this is good.”
