About the Role:
We are looking for a Brand Strategist with a strong focus on Social Media who can translate brand vision into impactful digital communication. This role involves shaping the brand narrative across platforms, developing social media strategies, and ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and strong knowledge of social media trends to build engaging brand experiences. Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop brand and social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Create social media campaign ideas, content directions, and storytelling frameworks for brands.
- Plan and oversee monthly social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify social media trends, audience insights, and platform-specific opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and video teams to execute strategic campaign ideas.
- Conceptualize social-first campaigns, digital activations, and engagement strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media and digital touchpoints.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness to refine strategies.
- Conduct competitor research and brand audits to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support pitch decks, brand presentations, and strategy proposals for new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand strategy, social media strategy, or digital marketing within an agency or brand environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats.
- Ability to translate brand positioning into engaging social media narratives and campaigns.
- Experience with content planning, campaign strategy, and social media analytics.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
