Job Overview

 

As a Brand Strategist Manager at neuherbs, you will be the creative and analytical force behind our brand’s identity. Your goal is to bridge the gap between our innovative wellness products and the modern consumer. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact narratives that build trust, drive engagement, and establish neuherbs as a household name in the health and nutrition space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Architecture: Develop and refine the brand’s core identity, including voice, tone, and visual guidelines, ensuring a cohesive experience across all digital and physical platforms.
  • Campaign Strategy: Lead the end-to-end planning of brand-led marketing campaigns, from creative conceptualization to final execution and performance analysis.
  • Consumer Insights: Conduct regular market research and trend analysis to understand evolving consumer needs in the wellness sector, using these insights to sharpen brand positioning.
  • Content & Creative Oversight: Work closely with the creative team (designers and copywriters) to produce compelling storytelling assets that simplify complex nutritional benefits for a general audience.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Growth, and E-commerce teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent during new product launches and seasonal sales.
  • Brand Health Tracking: Monitor brand awareness, sentiment, and perception metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or advertising. Experience in a D2C or FMCG environment is a strong plus.
    • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the "big picture" while staying detail-oriented during execution.
    • Communication Mastery: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to articulate brand visions clearly to stakeholders.
    • Adaptability: A proactive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
