ABOUT THE ROLE :
We're looking for a brand strategist who thinks in systems - someone who sees beyond campaigns to the bigger story a brand tells. You'll own the end-to-end brand-building journey: from consumer insight to market execution, from positioning workshops to performance reviews. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Brand Positioning & Strategy:
Define and evolve brand positioning frameworks across the portfolio. Translate business goals into compelling brand narratives that resonate with target consumers and differentiate in a competitive FMCG landscape.
Consumer Insight & Market Intelligence:
Lead qualitative and quantitative research to decode consumer behavior, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities. Turn data into directional insight that informs strategy, not just reports.
Integrated Campaign Planning:
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns with a unified brand voice. Manage creative direction, media planning, and agency partnerships to deliver campaigns that build equity and drive conversion.
Cross-Functional Brand Governance:
Serve as the brand custodian across sales, product, and creative functions. Ensure consistency across every consumer touchpoint - from packaging and in-store visibility to digital content and PR.
Innovation & Product Launches:
Co-create go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and category extensions. Identify packaging, positioning, and pricing opportunities that accelerate trial and adoption.
Performance Analysis & Optimization :
Track brand health metrics, campaign ROI, and consumer sentiment. Surface actionable insights and iterate strategies to continuously improve market share and brand equity scores.
Educational background - Bachelor's in Marketing or Business; MBA in Marketing is a strong advantage
FMCG brand experience - 3+ years in brand management or brand strategy in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
Consumer & market acumen - Proven ability to derive strategic direction from consumer research, competitive analysis, and trend data
Digital & social fluency - Hands-on experience building brand presence across digital channels, social platforms, and performance media
Communication & stakeholder management - Exceptional storytelling ability - written, verbal, and visual with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Analytical toolkit - Proficiency in MS Office, marketing analytics platforms, and campaign reporting dashboards
