About the Role
The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing insight-driven brand and campaign strategies that effectively align business objectives with creative outputs. This role plays a critical part in shaping compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, and contributing to high-impact marketing campaigns and successful sales pitches. The position requires a balanced combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on evolving business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Develop brand positioning, architecture, and communication frameworks
- Translate business challenges into clear strategic directions
- Generate actionable consumer, market, and cultural insights
- Define brand messaging, tone of voice, and campaign territories
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to guide concept and idea development
Secondary Responsibilities
Sales Pitch Strategy
- Interpret client briefs into compelling strategic narratives
- Develop structured pitch frameworks (problem → insight → idea → solution)
- Support sales teams in creating persuasive and impactful presentations
- Contribute to storytelling and differentiation within pitches
Tertiary Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation & Governance
- Provide clear strategic briefs to design, content, and digital teams
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the defined strategy
- Review and guide execution across all stages of development
- Act as the custodian of brand consistency across all outputs
