We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can work on live shows, IP events, and college fests — not just from a creative lens, but from a brand collaboration and revenue perspective.
Your role will be to identify relevant brands, build strategic partnership ideas, and convert them into long-term sponsorship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate brand leads for sponsorship opportunities
- Develop brand strategies aligned with event concepts and audience
- Create sponsorship proposals & pitch decks for brands
- Build long-term brand collaboration frameworks
- Work on brand integration ideas (on-ground + experiential)
- Support in pitching and closing brand partnerships
Role Structure- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Probation: 3 Months (Incentive-Based Only)
- Post Probation: Fixed + Performance Incentives
Required Skills- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to create strategic decks / proposals
- Understanding of brand positioning & marketing objectives
- Basic understanding of sales / pitching mindset
Preferred Experience- Exposure to college fests, live shows, or event industry
- Experience in brand collaborations / partnerships / marketing strategy
