Creative Strategist – Job Description

Realatte Ventures is looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Creative Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, real estate marketing, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation across both digital and offline mediums.
This role requires someone who can conceptualize impactful hoarding creatives, print ads, brochures, banners, launch campaigns, video concepts, and brand communication strategies while also contributing to script writing and shoot planning for promotional content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for real estate projects and brand launches.
Ideate and execute visually compelling hoardings, newspaper ads, brochures, standees, banners, and outdoor branding creatives.
Write engaging ad copies, campaign taglines, and marketing communication content.
Create concepts and scripts for ad films, promotional shoots, walkthrough videos, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and performance marketing teams.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and present campaign ideas to internal teams and clients.
Ensure all creatives align with the client’s brand identity, positioning, and target audience.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor campaigns, and evolving creative formats in the real estate industry.
Coordinate during shoots for creative direction, mood boards, references, and execution quality.
Work on multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining creativity and deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a Creative Strategist, Creative Copywriter, Brand Strategist, or similar role.
- Prior experience in advertising agencies, branding agencies, or real estate marketing is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, branding work, print creatives, scripts, or ad campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of visual communication and consumer psychology.
- Strong command over English copywriting and storytelling.
- Ability to think creatively for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of shoot planning, storyboard creation, and content production workflows.
- Familiarity with design and creative tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
