Pixpil is a Brand Experience (BX) studio focused on building meaningful and strategically driven brands. We work across branding, positioning, identity systems, naming, packaging, and digital experiences to create brands with clarity, relevance, and impact. At Pixpil, we believe strong brands are built through insight, culture, storytelling, and thoughtful design.
What you’ll do :
• Develop brand positioning and strategy
• Understand business goals, market gaps, and audience behavior
• Build brand narratives, naming directions, and communication frameworks
• Work closely with design, content, and client teams
• Translate insights into clear strategic directions
What we’re looking for :
• Strong understanding of branding and positioning
• Ability to think conceptually and strategically
• Experience in naming, storytelling, and brand architecture
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Someone curious, research driven, and culturally aware

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or relat
ed fields• 1 year of experience in brand strategy.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and consumer behavior
• Experience in naming, storytelling, and brand architecture
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Research driven mindset with cultural awareness and curiosity
• A portfolio or case studies showcasing strategic thinking is preferred
