Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist based in Bengaluru. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, overseeing brand management projects, crafting compelling branding concepts, and ensuring consistent brand communication. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver creative, impactful branding solutions that align with project goals and company vision.
• Brand Narrative & Positioning
Own and evolve the brand voice across platforms by crafting compelling storytelling frameworks that connect with diverse audiences.
• Digital Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall digital presence.
• Content Development & Management
Drive end-to-end content creation across social media, blogs, website pages, and project updates with a focus on engagement, consistency, and SEO performance.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization
Lead targeted marketing campaigns backed by insights, continuously optimizing for reach, interaction, and brand recall.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, production, and tech teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns and brand experiences.
• Audience & Industry Engagement
Build meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders through strategic communication, networking, and event participation.
• Trend & Innovation Integration
Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing and experiential tech, bringing fresh, innovative approaches to the brand.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Brand Development, and Branding techniques
- Strong experience in Brand Management, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Effective Communication skills to deliver clear messages and engage stakeholders
- The ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and clients
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Understanding of market research and brand positioning
- Experience in the creative arts, technology, or experiential design industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
