About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Strategist to define, build, and refine the brand identity and positioning for founders and companies we work with.
This role goes beyond surface-level branding-you will work closely with founders to shape how their brand is perceived, communicated, and differentiated in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
- Work directly with founders to define brand positioning, voice, and narrative
- Build and maintain brand guidelines (tone, messaging, visual direction in collaboration with design)
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints including content, marketing campaigns, and communication
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify differentiation opportunities
- Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to translate strategy into execution
- Continuously evaluate and refine brand performance based on market response and insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and storytelling
- Experience in B2B, startup ecosystem, or founder-led brands
- Ability to translate business goals into clear and compelling brand narratives
- Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Portfolio showcasing relevant brand strategy work (preferably with US/Europe-based clients)
