Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Strategist to lead and manage end-to-end marketing requirements for Buzzzworth while supporting cross-vertical initiatives within the EvolutionCo Group.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, campaign leadership, client understanding, and execution oversight to drive impactful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with client/business goals
- Translate business objectives into campaign roadmaps and execution plans
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy
2. Buzzzworth Account & Delivery Management
- Own and manage marketing deliverables across accounts
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns across digital, content, and performance channels
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, media, tech) for seamless delivery
- Maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all outputs
3. Campaign & Initiative Leadership
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, content-led)
- Drive performance-focused campaigns with measurable KPIs
- Support new service initiatives (Influencer Marketing, Marketplace 360, CGI, etc.)
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Sales & Pre-sales teams for pitch strategies
- Product/Tech teams for integrated solutions
- Leadership for strategic direction
- Contribute to GTM strategies and business expansion initiatives
5. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, not just an executor
- Lead client discussions on campaign direction, performance, and growth opportunities
- Present ideas, strategies, and reports with clarity and confidence
6. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance across channels
- Analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI, engagement, and conversions
7. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide junior strategists, content teams, and account managers
- Ensure structured workflows and accountability
- Build a culture of creative thinking + performance mindset
Key Skills & Requirements
1. 6 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing / agency environment
2. Strong expertise in:
- Brand strategy
- Campaign planning & execution
- Performance marketing fundamentals
- Content & social strategy
3. Experience managing multiple accounts and teams simultaneously
4. Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
5. Ability to think both strategically and executionally
Preferred Experience
- Experience in influencer marketing, marketplace brands, or D2C
- Exposure to integrated marketing ecosystems (content + media + tech)
- Agency background with fast-paced delivery environments
