👉 Brand Strategist / Business Development (BD) Team
• 3 Positions Open
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Brand onboarding for retainer and project-based collaborations
• Client acquisition and lead generation
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Creating customized PR proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
• Presenting and explaining PR strategies to potential clients
• Understanding brand requirements and developing strategic communication plans
• Researching brands, market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities
• Closing leads and converting prospects into long-term clients
• Managing onboarding processes and ensuring smooth client integration
• Coordinating with internal PR, influencer, and media teams for campaign execution
• Creating monthly plans, campaign ideas, and communication strategies for brands
• Maintaining regular follow-ups and relationship management with clients
• Managing LinkedIn networking and communication as a strategic business tool
- Traveling for client meetings, brand presentations, networking events, and business development opportunities when required
📌 What We’re Looking For
• Prior PR consultancy/agency experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of PR, branding, influencer marketing, and digital media
• Knowledge of AI tools and social media strategy
• Strong proposal-making and strategic planning skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently
• A strong consultancy mindset with problem-solving abilities
