Role Summary
Digital Nest is looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Strategist who can build, manage, and scale the brand across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can craft strong branding strategies, execute impactful campaigns, and ensure consistent brand positioning.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively while driving brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
● Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies aligned with business goals.
● Define brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all channels.
● Ensure consistency in branding across digital and offline touchpoints.
2. Social Media Management
● Plan, manage, and optimize content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
● Monitor performance metrics and improve engagement and reach.
● Stay updated with trends and implement innovative campaign ideas.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
● Design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
● Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality creatives.
● Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
4. Team Management
● Lead and manage a team of 3–4 members across content, design, or marketing.
● Assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
● Mentor team members and encourage creative thinking.
5. Communication & Collaboration
● Work closely with sales, design, and leadership teams.
● Present branding strategies and campaign insights clearly.
● Ensure alignment between brand messaging and business objectives.

● Proficiency in handling all major social media platforms.
● Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement, and analytics.
● Ability to identify trends and leverage them for brand growth.
Leadership & Team Management
● Experience in managing a team of at least 3–4 members.
● Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Discipline
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
Technical Skills
● Familiarity with social media analytics tools and marketing platforms.
● Basic understanding of design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma is a plus.
Education
● Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● Certifications in Branding, Digital Marketing, or Social Media are a plus
