Brand Strategist | Goa, India | Full Time | 2+ Years Experience
Blushush Agency and Ohh My Brand are two companies, one vision, and the same founding team. Blushush leads on Webflow design and development for personal brands. Ohh My Brand handles the strategy, story, and positioning that makes those websites mean something. Together we cover the full picture of what a personal brand needs to win online.
Right now we are building out the strategy side of the house and we need a Brand Strategist who can hold their own in a room with a founder and come out with a brand narrative that actually lands.
What you will actually be doing:
- Building personal brand positioning frameworks for founders, executives, and creators from scratch
- Running discovery sessions and turning real human conversations into sharp, usable brand strategy
- Writing brand bibles, messaging guides, tone of voice documents, and LinkedIn content pillars
- Working closely with the Blushush design team so strategy and visual identity stay aligned
- Researching industries, audiences, and competitors to back up every positioning recommendation with context
- Presenting work directly to clients and handling feedback with maturity and creative confidence
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years in brand strategy, content strategy, or a directly related role
- Work samples or a portfolio showing you can think strategically and write with precision
- Strong written English where every sentence is doing something useful
- Experience handling client relationships, discovery conversations, and expectation management
- Ability to work independently, own your deadlines, and flag problems early
- Genuine interest in personal branding and what makes one founder's story different from another's
Good to have:
- Hands on experience with personal branding projects specifically
- Familiarity with LinkedIn thought leadership and content strategy
- Agency or startup background where you wore more than one hat
Location: Goa, India. In person preferred, hybrid open for the right person.
