Cradlewell is a nurse-led newborn and postnatal care company supporting mothers and babies after hospital discharge.
We’re looking for someone who loves content, storytelling, reels, social media trends, and brand building not just ads or lead generation.
You’ll work on:
• Instagram & LinkedIn content ideas
• Reels scripts and captions
• Canva creatives
• Content calendar planning
• Customer stories and testimonials
• Nurse/MOBA awareness content
• Behind-the-scenes brand content
• Social media posting and performance tracking
This role is perfect for someone who wants real startup exposure and hands-on experience in building a meaningful healthcare brand.
You should have:
• Basic Canva skills
• Good writing sense
• Understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn trends
• Interest in healthcare, motherhood, and service brands
• Ability to take feedback and execute consistently
Role Details:
Location: Bengaluru
Type: Full-time, on-site internship
Commitment: 3–6 months
Portfolio: Mandatory
Stipend Structure:
The first month will be a learning and evaluation period. Based on consistency, creativity, execution quality, and overall performance, a stipend may be considered from the second month onwards.
