What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting the Vibe: Designing aesthetically pleasing posts and carousels on Canva.
- Storytelling: Shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for Instagram and YouTube.
- Trend-Spotting: Identifying what’s viral and making it relevant to our mission.
- Connecting: Writing captions that feel like a conversation, not a lecture.
- Content Pillars: Focus on student struggles, study habits, and the "truth" about the education system.
The Best Part: No "salesy" ads. No direct product promotion. Just pure value, creativity, and brand building.
Who You Are
- A Natural Creator: You’re comfortable behind (and preferably in front of) the camera.
- Digitally Fluent: You understand the "language" of Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Empathetic: You understand what a student feels the night before an exam and what a parent worries about.
- Skill-First: Whether you’re a student, a fresher, or self-taught—if you can create, we want you.
The Essentials
- Location: Indore (Work from Office – let’s collaborate in person!)
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Tools: Mobile editing apps and Canva (that’s all you need).
- Interest: A genuine love for education, media, and helping people grow.
