We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Manager to take complete, end-to-end ownership of the marketing lifecycle for our premium real estate projects. From the initial spark of a campaign idea to analyzing lead conversion, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence and sales velocity. Key Responsibilities
🎯 Campaign Ideation & Strategy
Conceptualize and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns for project launches, sustaining phases, and inventory liquidation.
Identify target audience personas and design tailored online/offline strategies to reach them.
Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
🤝 Agency & Vendor Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for external creative, digital media buying, PR, and BTL agencies.
Hold agencies accountable for deliverables, timelines, and performance KPIs.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor billing processes.
🎨 Creative Briefing & Content Oversight
Draft sharp, comprehensive creative briefs for agencies to develop project brochures, walk-through videos, landing pages, and social media assets.
Ensure all marketing collateral maintains high aesthetic standards and strictly adheres to project USPs and RERA guidelines.
📈 Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
Oversee the lead generation pipeline across digital channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and traditional media.
Collaborate closely with the Sales/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to monitor lead quality, TAT (Turnaround Time), and conversion rates.
Implement marketing automation and nurturing workflows (Email/WhatsApp) to revive cold leads.
🏢 Brand Marketing & Positioning
Enhance corporate and project-specific brand equity through consistent messaging, PR initiatives, and community engagement.
Organize and execute high-impact site events, channel partner meets, and property expos.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4–7 years of core marketing experience, ideally with a minimum of 2–3 years specifically in the Real Estate sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is a heavy plus).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with real estate CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Sell.Do, LeadSquared), Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation tactics, and a sharp eye for design/copy.
