Brand Solutions Specialist📍 Mumbai | Full-time | 5–8 Years Experience | Music & Entertainment
TM Ventures — now a part of Universal Music Group — is looking for a Brand Solutions Specialist to join our growing ecosystem of music, entertainment, and culture.
This role sits at the intersection of brands, talent, and storytelling — where ideas are built not just to sell, but to matter.
You’ll work across music, Bollywood, sports, comedy, creators, and culture, turning brand objectives into artist-authentic, culturally relevant partnerships and experiences.

What You'll Do🔹 Crack briefs creatively
Translate brand briefs into culturally sharp, insight-led ideas and partnerships.
🔹 Build & pitch compelling proposals
Create high-quality decks and narratives that sell not just an idea — but a vision.
🔹 Design artist-first solutions
Develop campaigns, live activations, sponsorships, branded content, and co-created IPs that balance brand goals with artist authenticity.
🔹 Match talent to mandates
Recommend the right talent, format, and cultural moment — across and beyond our roster.
🔹 Stay close to execution
Ensure the creative vision remains intact after conversion.
🔹 Stay ahead of culture
Track trends across entertainment, music, creators, and brand marketing to bring fresh thinking to every brief.
🔹 Explore extended opportunities
Support solutions involving merchandise, sync, music integrations, and licensing where relevant.

Who We're Looking ForYou may be the right fit if you have:
— 5–8 years in brand solutions, entertainment marketing, integrated strategy, or talent-led partnerships
— Strong understanding of India’s artist and cultural ecosystem — mainstream and hyper-local
— Experience building entertainment-led brand partnerships and integrated campaigns
— Exceptional deck-making and storytelling skills
— Confidence presenting and selling ideas to senior stakeholders
— A sharp instinct for culture, audiences, and evolving consumption patterns
— The ability to protect an idea from pitch to delivery
