Role: Brand Solutions Lead

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
• Support the execution of digital and integrated advertising campaigns from brief to delivery
• Understand client requirements and assist internal teams in developing relevant creative solutions
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered on time
• Maintain Job Status Reports to track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Ensure brand consistency across communication touchpoints
Client Servicing & Communication
• Build strong working relationships with clients through responsive and solution-oriented communication
• Present creative ideas and responses to clients with guidance from senior team members
• Gather feedback, manage revisions, and ensure approvals are completed on schedule
• Share weekly or monthly updates on account activities and campaign progress
Content, Copy & ORM Support
• Write basic copy for social media posts and digital content when required
• Manage Online Reputation Management for assigned brands by monitoring comments, messages, and conversations
• Ensure timely and brand-appropriate responses across platforms
Research, Insights & Trend Tracking
• Track competitor activity to help identify opportunities for brand differentiation
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital formats to inform campaign thinking
• Identify relevant cultural moments and topics that brands can participate in
• Develop an understanding of consumer behavior to support creation of relevant content
Reporting & Performance Awareness
• Assist in preparing reports by compiling campaign data and key observations
• Support teams with research and insights that strengthen strategic recommendations
• Maintain organized documentation for accounts to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
