Weโre looking for a Brand Solutions Associate (1โ2 years experience) who can operate at the intersection of strategy and executionโsomeone who understands creators, campaigns, and client expectations.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข End-to-end creator discovery across Instagram & YouTube based on brand briefs, target audience, and campaign objectives
โข Influencer onboarding & coordination including outreach, negotiations, commercials, and finalizing deliverables
โข Campaign planning & execution with a strong focus on timelines, content quality, and brand alignment
โข Building and maintaining strong creator relationships to ensure repeat collaborations and better campaign performance
โข Ensuring smooth campaign execution by tracking content deliverables, approvals, and go-live timelines
โข Conducting quality checks on content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and campaign expectations
โข Managing campaign reporting & performance tracking (reach, engagement, ROI) and optimizing campaigns accordingly
โข Leading and managing interns/team members for creator coordination, follow-ups, and overall execution efficiency
