Role Overview
This is a leadership role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, drives outcomes, and leads from the front.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Team Leadership
- Lead a team of project managers
- Manage key campaigns and projects end-to-end
- Solve problems and break bottlenecks to keep the project on track
- Ensure visibility, accountability, and efficiency across workflows
- Identify gaps and improve processes for better efficiency and output
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery without compromising on execution quality
- Align various teams towards common goals and execution standards
- Manage budgets, estimates, and maintain profitability across projects
Building Client Relationships
- Build and confidently manage senior client relationships for the long term
- Drive conversations on each project and proactively manage client expectations
Key Requirements
- 9–11 years of experience in an advertising / creative agency
- Proven experience managing and growing client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of financials, budgeting, and project profitability
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
