Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Brand Sales & Onboarding professional. The individual will manage day-to-day tasks such as collaborating with brands to develop tailored strategies, fostering strong client relationships, onboarding new brands onto the platform, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns from start to finish. The role also involves tracking campaign performance and gathering insights to improve brand success on the platform, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Management to drive campaign success and ensure brand growth.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with brands, creators, and internal teams.
- Sales expertise to onboard new brands and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple brand campaigns efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
