Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Brand Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, develop market plans, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for scouting brands, pitching influencer marketing campaigns, generating leads, maintaining follow-ups, and driving revenue growth for the company.
The role also involves managing sales operations, building long-term client relationships, negotiating partnerships, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to successfully execute sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Market Planning and Sales
- Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Experience in Sales Management and driving revenue generation
- Strong skills in brand scouting, client pitching, and lead generation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in brand sales or influencer marketing is a plus
