Roles:
The Retail salesexecutives are responsible for overseeing the delivery of products and services to customers.
Responsibilities:
Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appealof the store.
- Use the time well, even when not serving customers. Spend time on upgrading communication
skills, gain knowledge of SOP andmanage stock.
- Completing operational duties, including paperwork and sales reportsas they relateto store
opening and closing
- Handling customer inquiries relating to productofferings, pricing, billing etc.
- Meeting established salesobjectives by selling products and services
- Handling customer escalations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand in an enclosed area 100% of your shift while assisting customers
Skills Required
- Must workin retail hourand prepare to work in weekend and public holiday.
- Well groomed, highly motivated, aggressive and possess strongpassion for doingsales.
- Good commandof spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate withall levels
