About the Role
As a Brand Manager, you will act as an extended marketing and media sales arm for brands, helping them generate sales, solve marketing challenges, and execute impactful advertising campaigns with a strong Customer-First approach.
This role combines hard-core media sales, client acquisition, relationship management, campaign planning, and operational execution. You will be responsible for identifying potential brands/companies, onboarding new clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless campaign execution and long-term client retention.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in media sales, business development, client servicing, and operations management, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Sales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new brands/companies/agencies based on market trends, current advertisers, and industry insights.
- Drive hard-core sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, pitching, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Develop strategic relationships with brands, media agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, marketing challenges, and advertising requirements.
- Convert client requirements into effective advertising and media solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients and agencies to identify upcoming campaigns and business opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive servicing and relationship building.
- Create long-term business partnerships for repeat and annual business opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, reporting, feedback, and smooth campaign delivery.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan advertising campaigns based on client briefs and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered as per commitments and performance expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Operations & Coordination
- Manage campaign operations, timelines, documentation, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and execution teams.
- Prepare daily task reports, sales updates, and campaign performance reports.
- Handle operational challenges with agility and problem-solving ability.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through strategic sales and account growth.
- Analyze campaign and sales performance data to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure both input metrics (meetings, pitches, proposals) and output metrics (closures, revenue, retention) are achieved.
